- I was charged twice. What do I do?
- Email info@kalpi.ai with your order ID, which is on the payment confirmation page. Duplicate charges reported in writing within 7 days are considered for a refund, as the refund policy explains.
- Where do my shares and money stay?
- With your own broker. Kalpi works with the account you already use, so you invest through your broker and your holdings stay there.
- How do I learn to use a tool?
- The product guides walk through each tool, and the how to use Kalpi page has short videos and a step-by-step start.
- I am an advisor or run a fund. Who do I talk to?
- Advisors can read about publishing baskets on their own site and book a demo from there. Investment teams can visit Kalpi Quant.
- Where can I see pricing?
- The pricing page lists every plan, and the free tools need no account.
